Which always puts me in a better mood! Two days in a row!! it's a record! (And, Tyler- It's going to be 70 degrees here today, but it's still not Texas...)
Well, David and I put an offer on a house yesterday, and are anxiously awaiting the phone call from our realtor. It's such a cute house, great for starting out. If the owner accepts this offer, we would have possesion by May 14th (Happy Birthday MOM!!). Everyone Has to come out and visit, we'll have plenty of room!
