Also Known As: Ow, My Aching Back.
Driving back to KC for the holidays has been rough on me. All of that time in the car, in one position. Ouch. Other than that, I'm feeling pretty good. Trying my best to not eat all of the food in sight.
We've been able to take advantage of the weather and get outside for a little bit a couple of times. I think the walking actually helps me feel a little better, getting any kinks worked out. Getting a little exercise.
